Field Notes is where I explore a business-technology moves, by decoding underlying strategy, benchmark players involved and trying to figure out where it might be headed next.
Wow! This pulled me back to rethink just building an AI product. I couldn’t even answer the question of scale but I’m determined to be more intentional.
I've explored Bolt (a balance of usability and flexibility), Lovable (effective for rapid prototyping and MVP development), Vo (quick prototyping, mainly visual stuff), and Windsurf (offers less customisation than a few others)
So, far I liked Lovable and planning to explore Cursor and Replit this week to do a proper benchmarking.
This space is exploding at a such fast pace and it will be an interesting battle, not just among the tools but also with model builders 😉

Vibed with the breakdown Mandhir 😄 Thanks for putting it together! Which is your favorite tool for vibe coding?
Thanks for giving it a read 😄

Interesting thanks for sharing Mandhir :) I am about to try Cursor. Have only tried Claude before this for creating some Python scripts
